Berger Builds is a construction company founded and owned by Nick Schaufelberger, who has a comprehensive background in the heavy equipment industry. With over 50 years of collective experience, the Berger Builds team takes pride in delivering high-quality services with a commitment to attention to detail.

At Berger Builds, our mission is to provide top-notch construction services while fostering a positive work environment for our employees and subcontractors. Our Founder

Nick Schaufelberger, the founder and owner of Berger Builds, is a seasoned professional with a passion for construction and heavy equipment. He has honed his skills and built a reputation for delivering top-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

After finishing his education, Nick relocated out west and immersed himself in the construction industry, travelling across western Canada. Along his journey, he acquired multiple Red Seal tickets in Crane Operation, Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Operations, Trucking and Logistics, Carpentry, and General Construction. His adeptness in overseeing projects from start to finish makes him a valuable leader within the Berger Builds team.

Growing up in Bayfield at the family cottage provided the ideal backdrop for him to return and establish a company that aligns with all his passions and strengths. Nick’s bond with the community drives his dedication to serving it through his company’s services. He is committed to fostering a family-oriented culture at Berger Builds.
